IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT

It’s not your fault
That when heavens turn grey
And in strange arms I lay
At a loss for words to say
I hope you came my way

It’s not your fault
That when I lay down to sleep
It’s your face that’s the first clip
On my cheek I feel touch of your lip
In my heart you I keep

It’s not your fault
That when my road becomes narrow
Overtaken by winds of sorrow
Or just in a filthy furrow
I get pierced by your love arrow

It’s not your fault
That when stressed hours on end
Can’t discern a strength path or a bend
I tend
To turn to the memories you lend

It’s not your fault
That when we are this close
No forget-me-not or no rose
Smell sweeter to my nose
For it’s you I chose

It’s not your fault
That when the ocean breeze blows
And the water gently flows
Towards this dusk sandy shores
This cupid of mine knows

It’s not your fault
That you and I make the perfect pair
You loving me and I loving you is only fair
Very new, never wear and tear
You, the one with the smooth hair!

That's great. The poem gives a true reflection of what happens in our daily life.
